The visual direction balances energy with authority, avoiding the predictable corporate language often associated with consulting and leadership brands. Deep blue provides the foundation, while yellow introduces the sense of momentum and optimism that runs through SPRK’s work.
The symbol grows from the idea of a spark – a small point capable of creating movement and change. Radiating lines form an energetic structure around the central K, connecting the mark directly to Karimi while giving SPRK a recognisable symbol of its own.
The identity was designed to shift easily between Karimi and SPRK without losing recognition. The full wordmarks support formal communication, while the central symbol works independently across digital profiles, stationery, presentation material and smaller branded applications.
The final system gives Karimi a personal branding platform that can grow alongside her speaking, leadership and consultancy work while keeping SPRK clearly connected. Rather than competing for attention, the two identities now work together as parts of the same brand.
